Route/Highlights:
Thursday:
Arrived late, took it easy.
Friday:
- Lori went for supplies
- Sailed in W winds to E-side of Stockton Island
- Kayaked @ Stockton, cut short by isolated showers
- Sailed to Cat Island, anchored for dinner
- Chicken!
- (Busted cleat off main mast)
- Out again to see sunset over lake
- Established pirate names: Captain Slappy Butts, Jibby/Timing, Chicken/Pee Wee McGee, Navigation/Death Scout, Anchor
- (Aft head wouldn't stop flushing; disabled.) [update: maybe caused by switch on back]
- Motored to N-side of Outer Island, anchored, dark. SW wind, no waves
Saturday:
- Waves picked up ~2:30am(?); departed anchorage ~4:30am; motored to Julian Bay
- ~33 boats in Julian Bay
- Breakfast: Egg Bake!
- Went to shore, hiked Julian Bay trail to Presque Isle Bay, then Tombolo Trail
- Hung out on beach, saw weird fish eggs [update: probably "Holopedium gibberum" mantles]
- Grilled brats, corn on the cob, scalloped potatoes!
- Stayed in Julian Bay for the night
- (Aft head started working again)
- (2nd water tank empty after dinner)
Sunday:
- Mostly motored back
- Breakfast: Pancakes & sausages!
- Lunch: smoked fish & crackers!
- (3rd/last water tank ran dry on the way back)
